The hotel had a great location near a shopping mall and a hospital. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast offered a variety of options and changed daily. The room size was suitable for two people and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The toiletries provided were of good quality. The mini bar was well-stocked with drinks and snacks. The hotel had good amenities like A/C, internet, and cable. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There were also nearby metro stops, supermarkets, and a mall.
Felt like treated like royalty, nothing too much trouble.

I had an amazing stay at this place. The location in a very safe neighborhood made me feel at ease during my entire visit. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. It was conveniently located in an interesting area, close to 2 tube stations, making transportation easy. We were also pleased with the breakfast with a diverse and delicious selection. The staff were pretty good too provide excellent service, helping us with everything we needed and providing valuable information. the location allowed us to easily access some very nice restaurants nearby.

The staff at Hotel Heritage were friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and were really good too assist us with any needs or questions we had. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, with easy access to public transportation, supermarkets, and shopping malls. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a good water pressure in the shower. we had a pleasant stay at Hotel Heritage and would recommend it to others.

We had an amazing romantic getaway at this hotel. The rooms were small but very cozy and comfortable. The highlight for us was the L'Occitane toiletries provided - such a luxury touch! The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a wide variety of options including fresh fruits, baked goods, eggs, and delicious juices.
We did notice that the building itself lacked a bit of quality. The walls seemed a bit thin and the light switches were a bit odd.

The hotel is conveniently located in an upscale neighborhood near Jardim Paulista, close to the bohemian neighborhood, and within reach of nice restaurants. The rooms are comfortable, with excellent water pressure in the shower. The staff is friendly, helpful, and smiley, providing great service. The breakfast offers a variety of options, with fresh fruit, juices, bread, cakes. There are also supermarkets and a shopping mall nearby.
The mattress quality could be improved.
